The super deluxe oversize Darth Vader mask & helmet is made in heavy injection molded ABS material and cast from the original Lucasfilm molds. Packaged in full color official Star Wars box. Helmet is wearable, one size fits all. Helmets and masks are not refundable and can only be returned for an exchange.During the filming of the Original Trilogy designers molding Darth Vader's mask and helmet worked with fiberglass a process far from easy to perfect. When overheated and cured fiberglass warps, shrinks and distorts causing noticeable distinctions, mainly in the larger area of Vader's helmet such as the neck and forehead. You will notice when viewing the Original Trilogy Vader's neck size will change from scene to scene. |
